I'm reaching out for some help with a problem I've encountered with my HP Elitebook x360 1040 G6.
I recently noticed that my computer wasn't powering on. After a bit of investigation, I discovered a burnt component on the motherboard. I have 24 volt adapter when i measure its output with multimeter i found the 24 volt is good put it dosent charging the battarey of Electric wheelchair i tried another adapter and charging thr battarey what can be the problem
