    Adapter 24 volt problem

    I have 24 volt adapter when i measure its output with multimeter i found the 24 volt is good put it dosent charging the battarey of Electric wheelchair i tried another adapter and charging thr battarey what can be the problem

    A power supply can measure correct voltage with no load attached. This does not mean it is good, you have to measure under load.

      I would second this recommendation you can do this with two automotive running or brake lights in series preferably with incandescent light bulbs are better than LEDs lamps

        What type of battery is this? The charger could also be a bit low voltage or a smart charger that thinks it's done charging and is just shutting off. Or it's our old friend cheap chinese capacitors...

          If it is a “Smart Charger” these are hard to troubleshoot because most of one that I have worked with you have to get the battery voltage in the range of the charging voltage to get it in the charging mode

          If the batteries are lead acid batteries then the voltage range for a 12 volt battery is around 12.0 to 14.8 volts but ideally it more like 12.5 or higher and 13.8 volts lower or higher depending on the algorithm the charger has for 24 volts system is double the values
