Re: Whirlpool Refrigerator LED lights flickering
I see that some one on ebay is selling a redesigned board for $40.
Makes me wonder what the pros here think about the redesigned board?

Re: Harbor Freight car battery chargers any good?
Caphair here is a picture showing what the Harbor Freight 63350 charger looks like in maintenance mode.
My 63350 goes through three stages.
When you hook it up the back light will flash red for a minutes.
Then the back light will stay red with the voltage numbers changing and the bars on the battery symbol going up and down.
When the charger decides that the battery is charged the battery symbol will show full (five bars) and the back light will turn green....

Re: Harbor Freight car battery chargers any good?
The HF 63350 charger/maintainer seams to be hit or miss on quality control.
Purchased one on sale in 2019 that was an open box (returned ) charger and it would not stop charging. After 48 hours it was charging with 15 volts so I returned it.
This year they put them on sale again and I picked up a sealed new box and this charger has worked fine....

Re: LG18650MH1 18650 Cells on EBay listed as New but remove from equipment
I don't have a use for any batteries yet.
I was reading about a guy who wanted to replace the 18650's in his drill battery packs and was wondering how much was factual.
Lots of talk about how you can't solder straps on lithium ion batteries.

Re: Whirlpool Refrigerator LED lights flickering
I listed the wrong part # (WPW10615058).
That was supposed to be #WPW10515058 and I still cant find any replacements cheaper than $99.Last edited by ron350; 12-29-2019, 11:38 PM.

Re: Whirlpool Refrigerator LED lights flickering
Bluto I sent you a PM with the ebay link I don’t want to get in trouble by posting a link.
That seller wants more than what the new replacements are selling for but the point is that he might be rebuilding them.
If that guy can rebuild them then some one here should be able to do the same.

Re: Whirlpool Refrigerator LED lights flickering
I have been following this thread since the first day Bluto started it. So far all of the fixes can only be used if you own the frig. What if the frig belongs to a friend or relative you cant get away with changing the wiring on those.
Today I see there is a guy on ebay selling rebuilt boards so it looks like there might be a way to repair the factory circuit board and make it last.Last edited by ron350; 12-29-2019, 02:38 PM.

Re: Dryer Motor Possibly Short Circuiting
Since you will have to resolder that relay pin it wont hurt to add solder to the high stress parts.
The power plug pins, transformer, both relays, those two large caps and BZ1.
You will want to clean that burnt relay pin so that solder will stick properly. I just scrape a burnt pin with a knife till I see clean metal.
