I have a dell latitude 14 7420 with a locked admin password
service tag 4GVX6D3
if anyone can unlock this file it would be very helpful

now have charge and power on but ram is not getting switched on stuck at .4v
ill look at that next

as i have had to change the ec due to liquid spill that killed it
