unit is a : Lenovo ThinkPad E14 Gen 2 GE4B0 motherboard with the infamous QB6 mosfet de soldering off the board, however the usb c port was replaced by another shop not know the common issue. I replaced the qb6 with a AON7466 however the UB7 started to get really hot and unit would not turn on. I then replaced the UB7 and QB5. I now get 0V on VINT20_IN_F and VINT20_IN on both sides of F6106, however when I inject 12v on either side the unit boots up. Can this be an issue with the USB-C port not soldered properly? I so get 20V 0.039A on the usb-c meter. [TABLE]

I have a question regarding this laptop. Laptop came from my friend, completely dead. No reaction for power button, Adpater etc. Diagnosis: burned HIS mostfet from VRAMs. After replacing the mosfet, Laptop starts to power up, KB lights up for few second and switch off, laptop remain ON but no display. Vents are switching ON after some time. No Caps Lock or reaction on USB stick. No display also through HDMI. All coils resistance seems to be OK except resistance on VRAMs – 15 Ohm ( as I study the other repairs or diagnostic of that laptop it should be around 90 -...

My Lenovo L13 Gen 2 was working perfectly until two days a when it refused to boot after previous used.

When I press the power button, the power led will lit and goes off immediately with the CPU fan concomitantly spinning for few seconds and then stop.

The reset button did not help to resolve the issue. I have also performed hard reset by:

1. Disconnected the battery
2. Unplug the adapter
3. Hold down the power button for 15sec. Then increased to 30sec, 45sec and finally to 1m.
4. Then plug the adapter.

The flash didnt work, so i reverted back to my BIOS backup successfully. The BIOS in the chip and the BIOS backup file are identical according to windows' file compare. Hi, I need a BIOS file for Lenovo 15ADA05. The machine turns on without video, there is fan spin all voltages are present (3.3v, 5v, 19v) and the power button LED keeps flashing. It powered on once and gave TPM error message. I've tried the Novo button and disconnected CMOS to reset but to no avail. I suspect the issue is the on board RAM so if anyone can also provide me with a BIOS that has the on-board RAM disabled for troubleshooting as well I will also be gladly appreciative. I have a 14" Lenovo Laptop (Flex 5 14ALC05) which has a boot issue.
The little LED on the power button is flashing slowly and nothing happen.
This unit do not have any BIOS button cell battery so I tried many times draining the power but it is still not powering on.

So I decided to flash the BIOS using a cheap programmer.
And I was successfully able to read the content (exactly 16MB file) which BTW is a WINBOND 74m12jwsiq (according to the package inscription - but detected as W25Q128FW in the software - IMSProg on Linux)

Hello, it seems to me that my thinkpad P50's BIOS is corrupted. I tried to boot it up and the power button would only blink 3 times green. The serial number is missing from the bottom of the chassis so I'm not sure what to do. I hope it's not the motherboard that's broken......

It powers on BUT:
* no display
* fan not spinning
* power led is on and battery led too (if inserted)
* no power consumption without battery, with battery 0.27A
* no shorted coil to ground
* +3VALW, +5VALW and +3VALW_PCH are present
* 3.3V on bios pin 1 is present
* 1.9V on PL302 coil
* I tried to flash bios with external programmer (CH341A) e nothing changed.

I have an IdeaPad Flex-14API (SN:MP1QW0DQ) that has a supervisor password. This is NOT a pre-8th-gen Intel system. This system has an AMD Ryzen 3500U, which released around/with 9th generation Intel.
Immediately after pressing the power button and the unit turns on, the system asks for the "system password" in a small box in the center of the screen.
I would like to remove this password. My understanding is that the autopatcher only works with 8th gen or older Intel systems. I confirmed this belief when the autopatch script itself threw an error when trying to tweak the bin...

I want to remove the Bios Password of my Lenovo IdeaPad U330p with the Lenovo autopatcher. I have the CH341A Black and I'm using NeoProgrammer. The Programmer has an LED that indecates when it reads or writes the Chip. When I try to Connect my Programmer to the Bios Chip (Winbond 25Q64FVSIQ) the LED lights up even though I didn't click on Detect botton in NeoProgrammer. If i click on Detect the LED still remains on and NeoProgrammer says "IC not responding".
