Hi again guys. I have this motherboard that won't show display even tho it was doing it yesterday. I think something could've past away in the circuit.
I'd appreciate if anyone who is used to MOBO LCD voltages and circuits could enlighten me since this is the first time I have to deal with it.

I'm a newbie and do not want to throw out the laptop as yet.
Serial # CNU416D98Z Prod# G3C19US#ABA
CH341 Mini programmer with ASProgrammer 2.0
I've also tried the application that comes with CH341 and Neoprogrammer.
Marking on IC: W25Q128FVSQ
using miniprogrammer 25 series and clipped to the IC chip.
Unable to grab a dump without crc errors and all FFFF's

What am I doing wrong?

I have a nacon controller which has some fancy RGB ring (4 RGB LEDs). 3 of 4 leds are not good and I am looking for a replacement. The size I measured is 3mm x 2.5mm and it seems a 3528 led would fit fine, and it's in common anode. But I am not sure what wattage it is. I have attached photos of led and driver ic (ak63rq1 I think).
Also one of the triggers is malfunctioning sometimes, I don't know what these pots are called. I measured across the 1st and last legs (in circuit) seems to be 1.1kohm pot. I found some xbox controllers have this but they are 10k. Any info?...Today, 08:28 PM -

I have Asus Z170 Pro Gaming motherboard, it's working fine apart from the reset and shutdown commands. It doesn't restart when exit the bios or choose to restart in the operating system. I desoldered samwha NF capacitor(50v 5.6uf) from PCB circuit of 29inch CRT TV which have symptoms of no display after I heard sound of inrush of current to TV whenever I switch on this television.
I measured ESR value of this non-polarized capacitor(samwha NF capacitor 50v 5.6uf) by means of MESR-100 ESR meter and It displayed 0.3 ohm
And When I measured its capacitance with digital multimeter and LCR-T4 Mega328 meter, It displayed 10uf from DMM and 8uf from LCR-T4 meter.

I post this in this section for a Dell Inspiron 3477 All in one as the motherboard is more close to a laptop one.
So, the issue is that whatever adapter I use, I get this screen when it starts up. I tried aftermarket adapters and original HP adapters, both 65W and 90W. Minimum requirement is 65W.
I don't have its authentic Dell adapter as I took it for free in case I manage to repair it, but the HP ones I think are pretty much identical.
