hi, did not work properly.
i need to live the device plug in for couple of hours and try like faking its full charge, removed charger and plug in, it can have a success rate of 80% to power on, serial is lost also in the bios

system off, when i opened device, 1 ram has not properly on 1 side, could be the cause of its issue.
reseated the processor so we can power cycled it. removed cmos batt.
when charger plug in- will have a continuous flash on the light indicator, sometimes 5x

Thanks. it was not a faulty Bios - cable is incorrectly installed, anyways, the lock in port also, some pins are partly loosed, so i soldered them. the cable is somehow, pulling up the port, not a perfectly designed portLeave a comment:

Since no one has responded to my inquiry, i will give the direct solution on the said dead programming issue and this will erase the supervisor password.
1. Erase MEC1663 using MEC1633 256K
2. Flash the MEC1663 with the file i'll attached, this was taken from here also from rex98
