Good Morning, can someone please help me to fix this bios file?
What happened was the bios got updated and it failed, after it just turns on a black screen and never loads, or if someone has a backup for this bios file that can share with me, that would be awesome, Thanks in advance.

Hello, gentlmen!!!
My HP Probook 430 g2 does not detect battery. I tested the battery on another laptop and it is OK.
I believe smth is wrong with my PC ((.
Searching this forum I found some nice suggestions.
So, I tested Battery Connector pins (charger in/battery out) and here are my results:
pin_1 0v (-)
pin_2 3.30v
pin_3 0v
pin_4 3.38v (SCL)
[B]pin_5 2.55v (SDA)!!![/B]
pin_6 2.25 (+)
As far as I understand SDA pin must be ~3.3v???
Are there any other tests I can do before disassembling motherboard?

I'am a beginner in electronics repair and i got some trouble to find what's goning on a computer. It is a lenovo yoga C940-15IRH laptop and the screen doesn't work anymore, but that work on an external one
the screen seams to be hard to unbuild properly so i want to test it by other way

As a foreword I'm relatively novice with component level audio gear repair. My amplifier stopped producing sound and I currently have no funds to buy a new one so I need any help to repair it. I know "no sound" is one of the most common problem but there were other symptoms so some of you seasoned repairman might able to pinpoint the stuff I have to check. Looking for advice please, regarding those 2( film capacitor?? - honestly not too confident if are film capacitors). Short version of story : I bought a stagepass 500 active speakers, and found those components nearly blown. I know they are 1= L 125. I have a MacBook Pro Touchbar A1706 that won't turn on. With the board removed I'm getting 19.62V and an average amp draw of 0.300A. When I first plug in my ampmeter it goes from 5V to 19.62V after a second or 2 and the amp draw starts at about 0.688A and up to about 0.790A and then it gradually goes down to about 0.155A and works it way up to around 0.330A and then it fluctuates in the range of about 0.200A-0.350A. The voltage stays at 19.62V. Can someone with any experience with this issue help me out. I checked all the main power rails and they were present. Hey guys, I have a Lenovo Ideapad 320-15ikb NM-B241 rev:1.0.
After turning it on, it runs for a few seconds then shuts off completely. No screen, no fan. After shutdown, a red light comes on and off fast. I've been trying to troubleshoot this for days now. It's never been opened up; the Lenovo sticker is still intact.
(!)I tried with a different BIOS battery, without any ribbon cables, on battery power, without the keyboard, and it's always the same.

Hi. In the process of troubleshooting an MSI GE78HX laptop that does turn on (on its own), turns on the backlight on and off in infinite cycle, turns on RGB keyboard backlight and light bar. The CPU gets hot, and its fan spins.
The laptop charges the battery, turns on charging lights, which leads me to think the EC (ITE5571E) is ok. Laptop has no shorts, apparently. Memory is ok, tried it in another machine. Tried 5 different sticks in this machine as well, does the same. Memory connector seems ok, no pins bent.

Thanks for reading. Based on the interesting fact that the vertical lines issue don't seem to effect the menus whatsoever but rather everything around the menu regardless of video is shown, I'm trying to set mine whether the issue is the main board or the t-con board.
Again what's baffling is that the menu is not effected whatsoever. However, any other video displayed regardless of inputs or when no inputs exist exhibits the vertical lines and seem to effect black areas only.

Hello guys
Because the unit is old (but only occasionally used) the loudness button causes some noise due to bad contact,
sprays did not work, so i decided to solder the pins that it connects on the pcb at the on (loudness on) position
i did that and it worked fine, i know from the bottom of my heart that the switch connects 2 pins and also d/c other 2 pins
