Dell Inspiron 15 7510 - Colour Cycle after power on - Possible BIOS problem

I have a Dell Inspiron 15 7510 (g48C0$KA) 19844-1
I7-11800H
Geforce GTX 1650

I am getting a colour cycle once powering up shows blue/red/green etc nothing else.

does anyone have a bios i can use to test?
