Have you enabled computrace in the bios?

Explain to me what exactly you did?
Did you clear the password with two blank passwords and a clean security chip?
Then did you reset your BIOS to its original state?
Otherwise, try creating a password.
As indicated, the password is stored in the 24RF08.
You can short SDA and SCL.
You'll find information here or on other forums for that.
