Same problem, when MB boots to windows after new bios, a Power Surge On Usb Port is shown though there is no short circuit/device connected to any Usb port and USB OverCurrent 15 seconds shutdown message reappears after reboot....

I think there is some misunderstanding because both the original bios and update from asus are 16MB. Bios chip is GD25LQ128 (1.8V). MB is ok after bios reprogramming but problem returns after windows boot and shutdown....

Asus Prime B450-Plus Bios Modification (USB Overcurrent)
I have an Asus Prime B450-Plus motherboard with USB overcurrent shutdown problem. All the ports, voltages and resistors are ok. Can someone please help by editing bios to disable this feature? Another member (прямо) has successfully done this and shared the bios in forum but those are for other Asus models.... -

I have a Hp 600 G6 SFF motherboard with corrupt bios. I tried to fix it's original bios but it didn't work so I edited and used another bios. Everything is ok but it's ETHERNET port is not working. I even replaced the GBE region but no use. I have faced the same problem in another Hp 600 G6 SFF motherboard after using this bios so it's definitely bios problem. Kindly help to solve this issue. There is no label on the casing so I can't provide the serial number....

Hoaca388. PC is back to working condition. Now I need to write machine type and serial number in bios. Is there an easy way like HP BCU to enter DMI info in 12th Gen Lenovo bios? There is a video on youtube which shows a very simple way to copy DMI info to new bios but I couldn't find that software.

Please help with bios repair of Lenovo ThinkCentre M70t Gen 3 corrupt bios. Pc gives beep without ram but no display with ram. Ram and processor are ok. If possible, add DMI information to new bios.
