    White screen repairs
    by harp
    To ask here... I have few devices with white screen problem, actualy nokia 2220 and some fuji? camera, and try to understand what is common problem to cause that issue.
    Yes, both devices work everything else probably ok, I mean, I hear intro melody and keypress click sound, DTMF tone, power on off... all ok.
    On desk is nokia 2220 slide, and I check all screen connectors and components arround it, measure voltage drop, but all looks ok. I suspect on slide flex cable, but it look ok and white screen is not interupt while flexing board, pushing conectors, and sliding up down. In attachment...

    A2289 won't power on
    by sauce
    Hi,

    I bought a faulty A2289 for myself.

    The USB-C meter was stuck on 5V.

    After remove the board the U3100 was corroded and also around but quite light.

    So I clean the U3100 and see R2834 in bad condition and its value was not good.
    I replace it and not the USB-C meter shows 20V, the fan is spinning, CPU is hot but nothing else no picture.

    The USB-C meters shows a very low current with all connected. It starts at 20v few mA and then stays at 20v 100mA.

    How mush current the board is supposed to take without nothing...

    samsung galaxy a02s not turning on after screen replacement
    by Chrissygizmo
    Hi all, I've recently replaced the screen on my samsung galaxy a02s mobile phone, it was working spot on before I cracked the screen . Now however it won't turn on, all I get in the screen is the charging symbol as in the picture I've uploaded, it just stays like so , there's no green ring to show it is charging, I originally thought I had damaged the battery whilst stripping it but I've got a new battery & it's exactly the same...

    Macbook Pro A1706 820-00923 no power after replacing top cover and keyboard
    by johnbeton
    Hello,

    I have a A1706 with 820-00923-A board. The laptop came in with non-working keyboard. I bought a new top-cover with keyboard and transfered everything to the new topcover.
    Since then the macbook will not charge or power-up. Before replacing top cover, I started the macbook to test, and it worked fine apart from keyboard. Then shut it down and did replacement.
    This is what I measure so far:

    Resistance from F7000 to ground is 123 Ohm on pin 1 and 2

    PPBUS_G3H = 0,79v
    PPBUS_HS_CPU = 0,79v
    PPBUS_HS_OTH5V = 0,79v
    PPBUS_HS_OTH3V3...
