For the capacitor, look for a 270 uF 16V (or higher voltage) polymer capacitor in a through hole format. One such example is the Panasonic 16SEPG270MX, available in Hungary at https://hu.rs-online.com/web/p/polimer-kondenzatorok/1793621. https://For the capacitor, look for ...621. Gemcon capacitors don't put the series code on the sleeve....

Sorry, don't buy from eBay.
Buy from DigiKey e.g https://www.digikey.com/en/products/detail/rubycon/35YXJ2200M16X25/3134252
Or Mouser

Low ESR shouldn't hurt. I would stick with the same capacitance, same or higher voltage, and at least 105°C. I would definitely recommend using name brand capacitors (Elna, Nippon Chemi-Con/United Chemi-Con, Nichicon, Panasonic, Rubycon, or Würth Elektronik capacitors). Those caps from Amazon could be over-rated on the sleeving, especially if they're smaller, and they probably only last 1000 hours at 85°C, whereas any 105°C capacitor would last at least twice as long in the same situation....

They are just general purpose capacitors.

Just a note -- the reason many of these companies were "renamed" are spin-offs and mergers. Here are some of the examples:
Motorola Semiconductor - Spun off into ON Semiconductor
Fairchild Semiconductor - Merged into ON Semiconductor
National Semiconductor - Merged into Texas Instruments
HP - Test Measurement Division spun off into Agilent - Agilent Test Measurement division spun off into Keysight
"On September 19, 2013, Agilent announced its decision to separate into two publicly traded companies: Agilent, a life...

Yageo ceramic caps have a good reputation, and I think their ceramic caps are pretty good quality. Their electrolytic caps aren't as good, comparable to Teapo.
