The white ones are indeed ceramic capacitors. As you can see from the image here, ceramic capacitors can be white. Unfortunately, many smd components can be white, but we can get confirmation from the capacitance written on the packet. As for the purple one, I'm not sure. I thought it could be a smd inductor, but I couldn't find any evidence of purple SMD inductors.
As a side note, I'm guessing the father did some radio/RF work. 3pf ceramics aren't usually used for filtering, but are more common in radio/RF applications for tuning and adjusting frequencies. Personally, the only places I've...Leave a comment:

It is a Nichicon FPCAP capacitor, likely RHS or RHA series. Datasheet: e-rhs_rha.pdf From the FP at the top, I suspected it was an FPCAP. The first capacitor is 100 nF at 10V, the second capacitor is 10 pF at 3 kV. In the second one, the size is given (1808, 18*8) and you can assume it's a ceramic capacitor by the capacitance. From there, you can go to an electronic components distributor, go to the ceramic capacitors category, Select size 1808 (in), select voltage 3kv and up (select the 3kv, scroll to the end of the list, hold shift, and click the last available option), and capacitance 10 pF. Let's start with some easy things. Do the capacitors have a brand name on them (some common ones include Elna, Marcon, Nichicon, Panasonic [Capital M in a Box], Rubycon, and Sanyo). Does the capacitor have a temperature rating like 85°C or 105°C? These factors will help us figure out the specs of the capacitor.Leave a comment:

I wouldn't, I've seen many cases where the caps are rated for a lower voltage than what they print on the sleeve and will explode if exposed to voltage printed on the sleeve

If you're replacing those caps, you should also replace the VRM caps as they are what makes sure that the CPU gets good voltage and has enough current to function properly (see circle in uploaded picture for location of caps recommended to replace, your board might be a little different, but you get the idea). I would order all of the capacitors in one go just in case and only solder in the ones needed, but that's your choice. Let me know the brand and model of the caps if you want recommendations, otherwise, you can always look through the Datasheet Depot and try to find replacements yourself....
