hi guys, i have dell inspiron 5570 with a maddeningly slow bios.
specs are: service tag 6MSTDP2 CAL50/DAL10 LA-F115P REV: 1.0(A00) CORE I5 with radeon graphics
When I turn on the computer it takes approximately 5 to 10 minutes to boot Windows, sometimes up to 15 minutes.
That slowness is visible even within the bios menu. It seems as if the clock frequency has been reduced drastically

Anyone know moatherboard ruf the blacklight fuse ? Where they are ? Is an AMD Ryzer 5 i spend couple of hours to fiind it and still not fiind nothing....the problem is once i connect the afaptor i have image but not blacklight..when i remove the adaptor and stay on battery i not have at all image...and i thing so is the fuse problemYesterday, 08:29 AM

I have the above mentioned MBP, quick scan with thermal camera revealed that only U3200 was heating up. I found that C3208, C3219 and C3205 were all reading ~6.8ohms to ground.
so I swapped U3200.
I connected the PSU again for a quick check on thermal it's drawing about the same amount of current but now I'm seeing only heat radiating from U7800 and the T2 chip from under the black shielding fabric, and the bottom of the board.
It's hard to judge the actual temperature without removing the shielding.
Does anybody have any insights?

My Asus monitor stop working today !! I found the problem on the main board, the power supply board is ok. It's Q9, a mosfet but I have no idea what are the specs since I don't have the schematic for that monitor !!

Hi guys, I have this 2011 iMac A1311 with a strange problem.
Most of the time, when I plug in the power cord, the first of the 4 LED's turn on, but when I press the power switch the LED turns off and iMac won't boot up.
Sometimes, when I unplug and plug the power cord back in, iMac starts up correctly by turning on the 4 LEDs in sequence.
I have already tried a new power supply, but the result does not change. Do you have any suggestions?

Hi all,
I'm facing a issue... hope you could help me. I have a T-CON board BN41-02112A from Samsung 55inch Curve TV.
I have just only 2 status blue LEDs ON since LED3 is off. I have tried to test some test points but VON is NOT OK very close to 0V. Is there someone that can help me on the debugging the issue? I'm supplying the board from an external 12V voltage source.

Hi, all. I have an Asus Rog Strix GL703G. Yesterday I took it apart to clean out the dust and redo the thermal. Unfortunately, when I attempted to pull the battery, the metal retaining clip (unable to retain itself due to genius engineering) popped off and shorted across the capacitors behind it. Now I have no response from the laptop with or without the battery.
I'm hoping maybe someone can help me read the board and figure out what potentially shorted. I have a soldering station, I can run hot air, I have a multimeter, I just have no idea how to trace or measure the power circuit....03-08-2024, 04:35 PM -
