and my motherboard touchpad connector name is not J3102, my touchpad connector its J3103....

Hello,
My laptop's touchpad is not working. I have tried software, touchpad and touchpad fpc. I think the motherboard is faulty, can you share motherboard schematics or how can I fix the problem?
