We have a Lenovo Yoga 6 that does not charge when the battery is connected. When tested with a USB-C power meter, it only flashes. Both USB-C ports were checked using iBridge and all pins are fine.

When the battery is disconnected, the laptop powers on and runs normally from the charger.

Motherboard: LA-K211P...

I have an ASUS FA507R in for repair where I’m unable to install any operating system. The laptop works fine when booted from an external Windows or Linux drive, but any attempt to install on an NVMe SSD fails.

I’ve already tested with three different SSDs (Gen 3 and older), and the issue persists. The laptop originally came in with a faulty SSD showing 0% health....

I have a PS5 with a display issue. After clearing the cache, it works perfectly fine, but when powering the console back on, it starts with no display. To restore the display, I need to reset the cache again, after which it works normally.

The HDMI port has been replaced, filters are fine, and the resolution adjusts automatically, so I assume the retimer is functioning correctly. HDCP is also disabled....

I have a Samsung Galaxy Book 3 NP750QFG that charges only on the first USB-C port, and only when the cable is plugged in one way. On the second port, it occasionally shows 5V / 0.80A. I’ve already replaced both charging ports, but the issue remains.

Where should I look next, and what could be causing this problem?...

The laptop originally came in with a no power issue. After replacing the battery with a genuine one, it worked fine for 2–3 days, but then started working only on the charger. Shortly after, it stopped powering on completely.

I have tested with another genuine charger and battery – same result. When connecting the charger, the indicator light turns on but goes off after 2–3 seconds. On battery, the laptop sometimes powers on briefly (about 1 minute) until the battery discharges.

During diagnostics, I found unusual readings on PQ200 and PQ1902 – there is a dead short...
