And why do you think that this is a bios issue? Obviosly you have problems with the 5V USB rails or perhaps with the USB data lines. Check for shorts on USB ports, voltage regulators or protective diodes. Hint: it won't be dead short....Leave a comment:

Here is latest bios with your DMI information, but the problem isn't in the bios, it's in the CPU soldering. Reflow the CPU. This is known issue on those thin Lenovo boards....Leave a comment:
