by totto210Hi guys, well the summary is this:
the equipment arrived because it did not turn on (it had been the original 230w source the problem) then I feed with my regulated source and without wanting to invert the poles. the equipment turned on and turned off.
This damaged the charger and its mosfets both high and low switching.
It also damaged the input mosfet (pq102).
by chance i had another lenovo legion just like this one and i removed the components and tried to turn it on and it turned on but ....... it burned again the high and low mosfets and switch (pq104, pq105, pq103)....Today, 10:03 AM -

by FranitoI have a rx6600xt in the same situation.
The first pin of npc81022 ( powerok) has 0 v, and doesn't activate the other and gates.
I'm not sure if I can bridge with powergoods.
I don't have the schematic for this gpu sapphire, and i dont know why I don't have power ok if all coils are marking good voltages.
¿Maybe gpu core dead?
I see in a msi schematic powergood and powerok are bridged wwith a resistance, but in my gpu this place is empty....05-04-2024, 06:16 AM -

by markajrHey people, for some time now i've been trying to repair a GeForce GTX 275X gpu from XFX.. old school here. No video output and doesnt appear in the PCI list, not even in Linux (LSPCI) or MATS 396/343 .. I did the basics, on visual inspection it had a series of SMD capacitors (most close to the edges of the board) that had apparently been ripped out. I replaced them all.
I tested for short circuits, all fine.
I measured all voltages and checked, VCORE: 1,1V / VMEM: 2V and all others inductors has voltage.
I reflashed the bios CHIP .. and nothing.. GPU gets...Today, 08:22 AM -
by neo2010Hello,
I accidentally flashed the wrong firmware to my Lenovo Laptop Touchscreen. Now it is not recognized anymore in Windows 10. With Linux, I get the Device Listed as ELAN 04f3:000b USB device. I have modified the original Lenovo Flash Tool and tried other Firmware bin files but without success.
The screen is the WHQD version. Can anyone provide a firmware bin file to reflash the touchscreen controller? As it seems that the controller is in recovery mode.
Thanks in advanceToday, 08:04 AM

by sewsulleGood afternoon,
I'd appreciate help diagnosing my A2442 that's only taking 5v and 0a
This was my personal laptop and I had closed it at the end of a class and opened it in the next class when it just didn't wake up from sleep (The battery was charged). I connected a charger later that night and it booted right up but touch ID stopped working. The next day it did the same thing but never turned back on when I plugged in a charger.
I though the touch ID issue was weird but I'm not sure if that info helps.
When this happened months ago I tried to diagnose...Yesterday, 07:56 PM -

by DobrowolHi. I need to replace the keyboard in MSI Katana B12VFK. Unfortunately, there are no keyboards with a wide backlight flex available. However, they come with a narrow flex. Do you think that if I put a connector that the manufacturer did not install in this version, will the keyboard backlight work?...Today, 06:51 AM
