unfortunately not the same design
i found the ec is shorted 3.3v vcc input shorted .
i don't know if i have to program the new ec chip and i cant found ec dump for this...

i can't find schematic or boardview
no short on motherboard
19v stop on source of pq2 drain=0v
on the gate of pq1 and pq2 =18.5v qnd source 19v but pq1 and pq2 qre pchannel which is means the source voltage should be lower
what i know is gate of pq1 and pq2 controlled by charger ic here is bq24780s but vcc of bq=0v which means ther is somthing else controlling mosfet gate
i think kbc IT8987E is controll the gates of both...

but what is the relation ? even ddr vtt is missing but the motherboard should power with cpu
i think ram circuit works fine becase yesterday the motherboard suddenly powered with display and vddq becomes 1.2
i think somthing related to cpu because when test motherboard without cpu 8pin vddq becomes 1.0 v...
