Help Need down converter - Asus x7400

HI,
I need help replacing an IC "down converter syv731rac" as I can't find it anywhere, does anyone know which other integrated IC can serve as a replacement?

The unsoldered resistor measures 502 ohms and the soldered resistor measures the same 502 ohms. I'm looking for a 500k resistor to replace it, because I think the value is not correct....

I measured the resistance on the outside and it marks the same as the photo published previously (502) , I put it back and with a voltage at the source of 19v 3a, before the resistance 19.03v and then 18.90v on pin 9 of TON. in the resistors of pin 7 it does not mark anything....

I have had problems with a Dell that turns on but does not give video, I ran the Bios thinking it was going to be solved but no, it has all the voltages 5 Alws and 3 Alws, but I was checking the schematic and in pum01 I have no signal on the pin #7 (S3) which is the DDR_VTT_ON signal of 0.6v, can anyone help me?...
