Hi. I need to replace the keyboard in MSI Katana B12VFK. Unfortunately, there are no keyboards with a wide backlight flex available. However, they come with a narrow flex. Do you think that if I put a connector that the manufacturer did not install in this version, will the keyboard backlight work?

by hollox123Hello, I have an "ASUS ROG Strix G713QR" laptop, and for approx. 3 months I have the following problems:

I already tried to reinstall all the drivers and reinstall Windows. So I don't know what to try anymore that is software-related.
But I am strongly aiming that it is somehow a BIOS-related problem,... -

- tint the keycaps from behind - I have already tried that - it is kind of a last resort
- try to find out, how it is done, look at schematics - this is, where we are at.
- maybe get the BIOS modified somehow? This would be the best option but I do not know a lot about...02-24-2025, 02:03 AM - Loading...
