I unsoldered two large chips for reading.
I read the third one without removing it from the board.
I read each chip 3 times and the dumps matched (I didn't write the firmware to the chips again for checking).

Hello,
I have an HP Elite X2 G8 laptop/tablet with password protected BIOS.
I am trying to unlock it with ch341A USB Programmer. Although I was able to erase the password from the Main Bios Chip, It seems like the EC Chip plays some part because it detects the change and restores the old bios with the password protection.
I will post the Bios and the EC chip bin files. Is there a chance someone can provide clean bios and EC Bios for motherboard model LA-K711P? Or any other solution? Thank you in advance... -
