Hi everyone,
I'm currently working on a repair for an [B]Acer Swift SF14-71T[/B] laptop with the motherboard code [B]NB2630_MB_V5[/B].
The BIOS had previously been replaced by another technician.
I've downloaded the official BIOS file from Acer's website, but it comes as a single combined file.
I need help to [B]split this BIOS file into two parts[/B]:[LIST][*][B]EC BIOS (8MB)[/B][*][B]Main BIOS (16MB)[/B][/LIST]
If anyone here can assist with separating the file or can share tools or guidance on how to do it properly, I would really appreciate your help....

I have a Lenovo 65W AC adapter for my laptop. It has a household plug on one end and a USB-C connector on the other. It's not charging so I tested the removable wire with the household plug and it works (I get full mains voltage). I'm looking for some help, sorting out a protection circuit fault on my Kenwood KA-701 integrated amp. The amp does turn on , but the relay don't click. It usually ends up being, a transistor, or cap on the protection circuit, DC offset problem. I can't read schematics real well, and the ones I have are really bad quality. There are no good quality one's I have found so far. Looking for some professional help. Blue Midnight helped me a lot in the laptop forums, but It's been a few yrs, like 6 or so. I usually try to figure these things out on my own but am asking for help now as I have been beating my head against a wall.
Backstory, I initially ended up with a CF20 Mk2 with a locked BIOS. I used aptio to read the BIOS and made the adjustments to the .rom file and attempted to write it back with aptio before reading other users problems with that setup. Well it bricked the BIOS go figure. Computer no longer boots, black screen. I found a clean BIOS on this forum but now I am having ME issues. I have another HP OMEN 16-C0114NW laptop with serial number 5CD1501LJX. The original problem was as follows. The laptop could not load Windows and every time it threw a bluescreen - y - most often WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR. The processor that was originally in it was AMD RYZEN 7 5800H MOBILE PROCESSOR - 100-000000295. I decided to replace it with a fully functional, used AMD RYZEN 5 5600H MOBILE PROCESSOR - 100-000000296, which I got from a donor board, on which it worked 100%. I tried disable the onboard ram in bios via SPD removal Tool 1.6. But with the new BIOS it didnt work either.
