I replaced the whole RAM chips and still get the same fault. Anyone knows what can be the reason? Bad CPU? Maybe CPU reflow will help? -
HP 220 G4 AiO - transfer DMI data to new bios
Hi,
I have an Hp 220 G$ that was starting with black screen. Afert reflashing BIOS with original form HP it started but shows a message that there is no product name, serial number and other stuff set in bios. I was trying with wndmifit but shows a message that is not compatibile with this board. Can someone help me with transfering it from old bios to new one?... -

HP Victus 15-fb0104nw not turning on, charging led blinks 3 times
Hi,
I'm working on a HP Victus that is not turning on. When power button pressed it only blinks 3 times with charging led. I have checked input mosfets and they are fine. Also all coils are fine too. Battery was empty but I charged it with my lab PSU and laptop started on batery but is not charging. When battery is disconected and only PSU connected it takes 0 current and not starting. What can be the reason? -

I just checked under thermovision and half of them is getting slightly hotter when I run the test. Any tips what temp to set on hotair while desoldering RAM from so-dimm? Never did that and I don't want to burn them.Leave a comment:

HUAWEI Matebook D15 Bom-WDQ9 - faulty onboard RAM
I have a Huawei Matebook D15, MB DAH98PMBAB0 REV. B with faulty onboard RAM. Laptop starts but when loading Windows instantly gets BSOD's. Passmark Memtest shows multpile faults on test 11. Memory is itentified as 2 modules Samsung M471A5244CB0-CWE, which are available as standard so-dimm. Is it possible to desolder memory from such module and solder it on the MB? How to identyfiy which one on the MB is faulty? -

No short on TBTA_VBUS20 and TBTA2_VBUS20. When I plug in power on the side where usb meter is not coming on, the voltage on VBUS20 is changing in loop from 0 to 1,1V.Leave a comment:

ED7329 - 0,548V. Both connectors works on only one side.
ED7307, 7308, 7323 and 7329 have the same readings.

DELL Latitude 5520 - charging only on one side of usb-c
DELL Latitude 5520
MB: South Peak 15 MB (DDR4)
Charging only on one side of usb-c on both ports. I have replaced one of the ports but still the same. Checked for short, nothing is getting hot under thermovision. Usb meter is not coming on one side, on the other is coming on and showing 20V.
Any sugesstions where to look for fault? -
