I was struggling to find on internet ME Fw 16.1 27.2225 Corporate LP ADP A for HP 640 G10 and I had the idea to use MFIT 16.1 to extract ME Firmware from update package and ... it works!
What I did:
1. Downloaded bios update from HP that corresponds with my bios version (V75 01.02.03)
2. unpack bios update and there is a bin file , in my case V75_01020300.bin
3. Decompose V75_01020300.bin with MFIT 16.1
4. Hit "Build" tab. MFIT will create image "FWUpdate.bin"

With MFIT but this time you decompose your bios backup, save it, replace ME Subpartition with extracted ME Fw from update, upload saved .xml file and hit "Build" tab. Read this thread from the beginning, it's very useful.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"Is there a way to manualy or other way to edit the me without using MFIT to rebuildthe image?, my prosecor is from meteor lake which i think not yet supported by csme 16.1"
I've read the guide by SMDFlea but csme is not yet supported my prosesor generation. If anyone know how to manually rebuild the bios image without Mfit plese let me knowComment

by SMDFleaIf you have to clean the ME firmware on **some microsoft surface models the touchscreen can stop working.
** Some models do not need this fix.
*You should install the latest updates from microsoft, including the driver packs before assuming there is a hardware problem.* - See Post #2
EDIT: If nothing else works try this fix - https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showpo...8&postcount=40
Always check a working dump from the same model using FIT.If the working dump default setting for "Integrated Sensor Hub Supported" is set to "NO"...-

by gurj1979Hi guys.
I've got a Ubiquiti US-8-150W POE switch which has issues with updating the firmware.
Turned out to be a bad EEPROM chip. It would read the firmware and work as normal, but failed to write new firmware to it.
So I took off the chip and read on EEPROM and saved it. Wrote to old chip and failed to write
Got New chip and writes good.
THE PROBLEM...
It fails to fully load the firmware, POE lights fail to work during g firmware test during load. I'm suspecting bad EEPROM Read.
Does anyone have a Good Firmware I can have?...-

by sikocanHello,
I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to share a recent experience I had with a laptop that had a Type-C Port issue, specifically related to a PD (Power Delivery) controller problem. After replacing the damaged PD controller chip with a new one I purchased from AliExpress, the laptop now charges properly and negotiates power as expected, allowing the device to power up. I've replaced this chip twice just in case.
However, it seems that the laptop's BIOS is detecting an older version of the PD Firmware on the newly installed chip. As a result, it attempts... - Loading...
