i have a few other board but its all dell board,i also have HP and Lenovo but it i7 1360P not U,
does all dell PCH is boot guarded?,

The EC on this is npcx998 The board doesn't turn on at the moment even after clean the me. I doesn't know how to clean the nvram, maybe that would help.
The replacment cpu is prom a known good motherboard so I can cross the possibilities off a bad donor
If possible please help me.

Hi all,
I've Been repairing laptop for a couple of year and this my first attempt at replacing a cpu.
I use a lenovo yoga 9 14itl5, the cpu is tested and working before it being transferred to a different yoga 9 14itl5.
I've clean the Me but nothing else, wondering what Bios modifications need to be made.
Right now The board is definitely on because I got -PLTRST but it doesn't boot to bios

HI all,
i have this XPS 9520 That have Partial Short 3.3V ALW EC Chip after i change the EC from a known Good XPS 9520 board, it able to boot but the fan running at full speed.
ive flash the bios form post #2 and input my serial number but it, but even after updating the bios from windows the fan still running at full speed

Issue:
the board come in with broken screen and no bottom panel, using the original bios the board didnt want to respons to charger (stuck at 5v), then i use the bios on post #12 it boot loop
