There are two bios chips, one for the main bios and one for the EC_Bios which is a recovery bios. The recovery bios is seperate it is not a split bios where the code from the first chip continues onto the second one

Another problem is that I don't know how to find matching ME firmware from step 2

    HP ProBook G4
    S/N: 5CG9155S9W

    Loading C:\Users\Supernörden\Desktop\new.bin

Error 39: Invalid input file type. C:\Users\Supernörden\Desktop\new.bin
Error 16: Not a valid file type. C:\Users\Supernörden\Desktop\new.bin
Error 10: Failed to open with processed commands.
Unable to open file: C:\Users\Supernörden\Desktop\new.bin. Reverting to default configuration.
    Loading defaults.
Do not merge BIOS with EC.
Open with FIT only the BIOS.bin.

Okay, I should check some settings. I’m not familiar with the new version of FIT, so maybe I did something wrong in the settings. I’ve used all the previous versions of FIT for a while, but version 16 is new to me.
