    any tool or guide to update BIOS ROM Firmware from FD or SCAP file?? from MacOS Installer?

    i know a tool https://github.com/MuertoGB/MacEfiToolkit is capable of SN change and Clean ME but not updating EFI Version of the BIN file. is there a guide or a BIOS structure to update the firmware??

      Problem

      This is an LG edge LED lit LCD Display. The LEDs are on the bottom edge of the display. There are 2 bars (left and right) Each bar has many LEDs and a 6 pin connector. Each pin drive several LEDs thus is the highest current flow / heat junction. The weak lead free solder gradually fails with thermal expansion/contraction cycling and increases resistance. PSU will compensate up to a point, then when the current is too high, PSU just shut down the backlight causing a dark display. I have even seen one which the connector just fell off as solder points became completely detached....

      This tool was designed for penetration testing purposes, but easily extends to arbitrary bios mods. It essentially replaces the GUI for UEFI modifications, and greatly reduces the complexity of discovering and modifying meaningful NVRAM values to control settings.
      With this, you can discover and control various settings with just the raw firmware dump. The parsing and analysis is automatic, so you dont need to extract EFIs or NVRAM from your dump. I tried to make it as user friendly as possible.
      The tool will also decode the values of the settings in NVRAM...

      Basic Questions about using XGecu-T76 with pogo-tool to fix motherboards

      I was wondering if you more experienced technicians could help answer some basic questions I have ... and help me build a reliable work-flow for using my new XGecu-T76 Chip Programmer (running XgPro v13.17). I like being able to leave the chips soldered-in (when possible) and read/write them with pogo-tool.

      As instructed, for more reliable operation with pogo-tool, I have backed the SPI-Clock Frequency down to 16-Mhz (and that seems to be working fine so far for reading/erasing/writing/verify).

      So, let's say I have a MB that soft-bricked itself after a common BIOS-Firmware...
