the test pads on the scan board labeled GNDH. By the yellow bar printed on the scan board. there are two pads. Either works for a ground. Put your black lead there.Did I leave the soldering iron on?Comment

I found it. The first picture is the lower and the second pic is the upper.
Upper - voltage showed 13 then to 1.
Lower - voltage showed 14 then to 1.

Both upper and lower bounced around. High seemed to be 50 to 70 I think but it was quick.Comment

On the upper scan board, you have 3 screws connecting it to the sustain. Can you remove all 3 screws, disconnect the cable connector from the scan board as well, swing the board out of the way so its no longer touching the sustain board.
You can leave the board hanging still connected to the plasma panel.
Repower up and see if tv stays on.
This could be risky as well, because If in fact there is a short, the X can feed back to the shorted Scan IC and you will see the magic smoke.. Had this happen before but its rare.. Just had to throw it out there..Did I leave the soldering iron on?Comment

Reconnected upper. Disconnected lower. TV won't stay on but now it was a 4 blinking red light sequence.Comment

Vizio e601i-A3 - Has Sound and Display, But No Backlight - Bad Power Supply Board or Bad LED Bulbs ?I was given this TV from my great uncle. He said it just wouldn't turn on one day out of nowhere, replaced the TV, and gave it to me to possibly fix and use for myself.
Upon bringing it home and plugging it up, it showed a standby light.

I have a floodlight-security camera that recently died on me.
its hardwired to 115v po115v outlet. One evening it simply died. I have a vintage 2008 Samsung 50” Plasma TV, Model code PN50A550S1FXZA with a power supply part number BN44-00222A.
