Ok, I got 391v on pin 1 of IC FSFR2100XSL. On pin 7 of the FSFR2100XSL I got 9.7v. And 9.7v across CM812. Without the IC installed.

      After I re-installed the IC I get:
      PIN #1 - 391v
      PIN #7 - .23v
      PIN #10 - .23v

9,7 volts is low so check the voltage across CP811, it should be around 15v
The vcc for ICM801 pin 7 is supplied through a transistor QM852 collector, The Multi_Vcc is supplied to the emitter from CP811
The base of QM852 is biased by 2 resistors and a 431 regulator ic (ICM802)
When the pfc voltage is around 385vdc, ICM802 should be biased on and the base of QM852 should be turned on so QM852 can supply the 15v to the icm801 There may be a low value resistor (27Ω) between icm801 pin 7 and QM852 collector
It may also be that CP811, CM812, CS805 need replacing

Ok, I measured across CP811 and got 14.5v. I removed CP811, CM812 and CS805 and checked for a short or open. All three charged up as expected, no shorts or open. I guess I need to buy a good capacitance meter at this point. I am not sure where QM852 is located. I circled it in red in the attached pic. I measured 14.5v on the emitter.

did you charge them at 60khz? Even a cap/esr tester may not check them properly. Just replace them.

If you don't know where it is how can you circle it? If you measure 14.5v on the collector, and the collector should be connected to CM812 and then to icm801 pin7

Greetings again, I have ordered ICM801, CP811, CM812, CM807 and CS805. I dont know what the values are for the ones I circled in red. I dont have a schematic for this board. I feel like it would be best to replace all these parts. What do you think?

                Thanks,

I replaced all the parts listed above and got the same results, 9.7 volts on ICM801 pin 7. Does anyone know where I can get a schematic for this power supply BN44-00525A? I would like to check all the resistors between icm801 pin 7 and QM852 collector. Thanks for any help!

Since I could not find a schematic to identify the faulty parts for the BN44-525A, I just ordered an updated PSU board and it worked perfectly. After looking at other schematics around the BN44-525A version, I discovered that the BN44-526A would work. I want to thank everyone for the assistance. This is a great community to be a part of.

I have a vintage 2008 Samsung 50” Plasma TV, Model code PN50A550S1FXZA with a power supply part number BN44-00222A. I repaired the power supply board several years ago finding a couple of cold solder joints on the back side of the board and it's worked great up until now. Recently a fried sound occurred with the smell of burnt electronics and the TV shut down. Trying to turn it back on yielded the typical relay clicking with no TV boot up. Upon investigation, removing feeds to the other boards within the TV it was found that disconnecting the logic board from the power supply allowed the...

                                by Kjell
After installing Linux, I can no longer enter the BIOS of my Samsung Series 9 (NP900X3C) laptop. When pressing [F2] during boot I simply get a black screen. Same thing when pressing [F10] and choosing "Setup" from the "App Menu" tab. Apparently this is a relatively common issue with Samsung laptops of that generation, but unfortunately i haven't been able to resolve the issue (yet).

Things i've tried so far; reinstalled Windows 10, checked for redundant boot entries, tried to factory reset using the emergency keyhole, attempted to clear the NVRAM by physically...

Samsung Bn4400612b Power Supply issue takes out a new 5A fuse on my Samsung UN50F6300, without any the BL or main board cables connected. Please advise if this board has known issues and fixes. There are no evident fried components and the caps look ok. Nothing unusal on the bottom side of the board under magnification. Is the ICM801CS under that heat sink a known issue? SJ (https://www.shopjimmy.com/samsung-bn...-1473373576096) out of stock, so component level repair may be my best shot. Thanks.

This Samsung combined power supply and inverter was replaced a while ago from a Samsung 37inch LE37B530P7W TV. However I would like to repair this one.
I have replaced the Mosfets Q1820 and Q1821 ( FDPF7N50U) which were both blown and the fuse FM802S. The schematic for this power supply that is attached doesn't relate to this power supply as the driving transistors and diodes are D1830, D1831, D1832, D1833, Q1811 & Q1810 are nowhere on the schematic!
Does anyone know what the components for D1830, D1831, D1832, D1833, Q1811 & Q1810 should be? I ask as I did change the Mosfets...
