i did that..push and keep pushed power button and put power cord in wall socket. when turns solid green release power button.

it stays green for a while then restarts and again same green yellow flash..

Ok. thats nice. So now it has its own tcon in a way.. so is there a way to resolve the issue.

Usually updating via usb helps, but with this model it doesn't pick it up. Sometimes Sony service providers have their own updates for such cases, but they are difficult to find in the public domain.
Here's roughly a quote from Bulletin 17tv25:
CAUSE
Communication error between main board and T-CON board.
SOLUTION
Before T-CON board, main board or AEP exchange try to recover the TV
A) with the attached ‘ USB Recovery PKG '
1) Download the applicable file from the below link, unzip and copy the extracted to the root of an empty
USB stick.

2) Unplug AC of the TV.

the USB slot.

6) Turn ON TV

i will contact sony if they will help in providing the .pkg frimware since there is non on sony sites. they have firmware for this model but its not .pkg which the tv does not utilize..

It is unlikely that they will provide you with service firmware; they will rather tell you to contact the Sony service center with your TV and they will repair it for you, of course not for free.

this mean bootlaoder in tact... you can put the usb fat32 with yours last firmware in .pkg format on it and do the hard reset-

stand alone test..
MB discobbected from PSU
LVDS disconnected from T-CON side
on PSU STBY3.3V jumper it to power_on and BL_on

that is the problem. i do not have a .pkg file..

all i could find is sony firmware which is not a .pkg file but a zip folder where multiple files are in it.. .pkg worked for all sony as far as i saw. only i couldnt find one since there isnt one..

thats very true and they will charge almost half of the tv price..

Yes, the chassis is updated in zip, like smartphones, tablets with Android...

but isnt that .zip files like an update only within the tv when its on and working.. not for resurrecting from the dead. .pkg is for dead one's i guess.

Yes, almost all models came with updates in the “pkg” format, but this particular chassis, and maybe others (new ones), are in zip format. Try downloading the full service manual for your model and see if there is any mystery regarding how the t-con is connected to the motherboard.

ht has issue on T_CON VCC12V

Tcon vcc 12v is present.. on fuse and aslo on 12v logics/transisters..

I have done the test..light source was not sufficiant from mobile torch so i can not say for sure.

if you have LED tester... power up the BL to see what you will have on the screen

And. what if i arrange/buy replacement mainboard with its own tcon as pair. ? would it work or i will run in same issue ?

The panel strips may also contain eeprom or spi flash, inspect these strips for their presence.
