  • Samsung NP355E5C display issues

    [SIZE=14px]Hi,

    I have this Samsung NP355E5C laptop.

    First issue is the display is slightly "jumping" vertically up and down. The display slightly moves upward then back down again.

    Second is there's Code 43 in the driver properties and after reinstalling the drivers, the problem still persists.

    Third is it cannot display to another monitor via the HDMI or VGA ports.

  • Is the laptop shutting down or the screen just goes dark? I have a quite similar issue with a much older Asus laptop. In the BIOS screen no problem even if it is left on for hours but when booting to windows the screen shuts off. But this happens on battery only but not when it is powered by the adapter. I tried connecting an external monitor and found out that the laptop is still running as there was display on the external monitor but none on the laptop's.

    Try plugging an external monitor through the hdmi port and observe.

  • Asus X453MA won't turn on and green led light blinking

    Hi there,

    I have this ASUS X453MA Laptop that's not turning on. When I plug in the charger, the green light just keeps on blinking and pressing the power button does nothing.

    I have checked the charger and it is giving 19+ V

    I have disconnected the battery and pressed power button for 30 seconds.

    I tried another RAM stick.

    Tried disconnecting the keyboard and touchpad.

    Tried disconnecting the HDD and the wifi adapter.

    The problem persists.

    Hope you could help me out on this one. Thank you.
