it was updating and rebooted and went into this state..

Ah. what a shame for this tv..Maybe a factory reset...? did you perform that..? i am sorry mate.. sony tv's are miserable to repair, nothing less than going to moon on a donkey..

Put it aside somewhere safe and maybe there will be someone who may get a .fucking pkg file for this shit. who knows..
