HP 470 G5 blinking amber light no power

The board is daox8cmb6eo and i can't find no boardview or schematics on the forum or anywhere...

So i plug in the charger, amber light starts blinking ,there is 3.3V and 5V present, and 2.4V on the power button, board doesn't turn on, no shorts...
    I've tried flashing the bios...

interesting thing is the battery was around 7,8V, and it's 11.1V battery, the mosfet near the battery is open, but not charging,i desoldered it,tested it and it's fine ,but the amber light kept going on the charger so i charged the battery with power supply and got it to about 10.5V just for test, put the mosfet back, and now without the charger connected the board does the same...it blinks the amber light... is the EC bad?The EC is npce586ha2mx and there is no datasheet for that also..i don't know is the npce586ha0mx the same?

so i get the 19V or on battery 10.5V on all the places it should be, 3.3 and 5V present, but the board doesn't turn on...i can't, for now, find the power management chip that probably thinks the battery is empty and there is no charger, but reads the voltage...

Any simmilar board view or schematics? What to look? Unfortunately i can't flash the EC because i don't have the expensive programmer to test that....

But i think t's something with the power management chip...

it's and i7 8 gen board so it would be pitty to throw it away...

Check RTC circuit and AD_ID. Which charger chip is used here. Try finding any other schematic with NPCE586XXXX s- that you can check the SIO's requirements.

i pulled the RTC battery out so RTC shoulden't matter? AD_ID i get 5V on charger, but also on when on battery there is 5V at the charger connector of the middle pin...that seems a bit strange...i am still looking for the charger chip because it's not near the battery connector...

i found this schematics for the npce586 so i will investigate...

so the closest thing to charging circuit i found on the board is ISL95859C or ISL9538H

even on usb-c it does the same... i plug in my phone charger and get all the voltages for charging battrery, 3.3V,5V, but the board only blinks the orange light....

Does pulling the RTC cell out of mb,fixes RTC circuit issues?
AD_ID should be close to 1V approx.
          ISL9538H is the charging IC.
