And another question, are you absolutely, 100% sure that you purchased a serviceable, working T-CON, the fact is that the update may not take place if this t-con is not working properly and also carefully inspect the contact tabs on the LVDS cables , after experiments they could move, bend, break off.

I bought it online from spain and they said pulled out working from a broken tv. Further i have no choice but to trust thier faith.

When the usb is being accessed and then after 30 minuts green yellow is infinit then i switched tv out and pull out the usb.. There there are additional files being created like andoid, camera, pictures misic etc.

Someone replyed to my coment on youtube who make youtube videos on sony tv's, "Nicks TV repair" that this is a new tv and it does not need a pairing🤔

Anyways.. firmware on that archiv is wel an old version but still in .zip. So i think there maybe no .pkg for this tv. so what and how then to be done..

I indeed inpected every single ribbon and there is not a single damage to any of the pin tab or wire...

Is it possible to jtag the nand on mainboard and read it atleast to what is in there.. ? may not be possible with normal bios programmer..?

In this regard, it will be very difficult here, first of all you need an expensive, good programmer to work with eMMC partitions, and that won’t help. The firmware is an encrypted partition and only its native processor has the key to decryption (they have an ID binding between the eMMC and the processor) and if you install another eMMC with good firmware, then half of its applications (netflix and others...) will no longer work.

i have opened the edge and it has 2 buffer boards. 1 for eacg side. there are 1 winbond on a side and one on the left.

further there are numbers and stickers with long numbers.. so.. i dont know what info i am looking for and what to do with it.

But they might also contain the panel ID, so I can’t guarantee that everything will go smoothly, it’s 50/50, it might start right away or go into update mode.

there are wrong call to say Panel ID saved on Panel boards.. there are only buffer to handle display read write and it parameter. this parameter are saved on main firmware GPU section as Panel ID show at service menu...
Sony or any other firmware not that stupid one to make your panel stay blank ( Black) if there issue at T-CON or MB or LCD self... there for there are diagnostic option on any of Sony system / android or Native Linux. so Engineer can handle the parameter when some parts changed..
replacing / working at Sony TV and LG .. worker need to have GND arm band . however this written at any brands service menu.. thought the issue and damage happened in winter more than summer time... just because there are no static cloth in summer normal people wearing.. any one in hurry or not this action in attention took... the price will be very expensive and could also to have no end. ... this not only for this Topic. let see how it happy end.

Wel you are correct but as i have mentioend before that i am no expert just basic knowledge in tv's and a very good working hand in soldering. So this panel ID, Firmware etc things are new to me..

Today i talked to someone who sold me Tcon for my sharp aquos 5 years back and at that time he was repairing tv's and he said i do no more repairs but he works for Mediamarkt as a field engineer still doing repairs but not like before at home..

I just sent him a message and described the issue.. He told me that Sony tv can create complex issues when something is changed in hardware.. He suggested use different usb sticks and maybe you will get lucky..

He also said that its a pure firmware issue mainboard lacking communication with tcon thus display and in order to restore that you need to flash/refresh the firmware.

So it means. The usb sticks i use are at fault or the format of the image file i am using.. Tomorrow i will receive 3x usb sticks 2gb each from different brands..i will try them one by one.
