I was only able to remove the svp by completely clearing the eeprom. Then I recovered the serial number and other data via GoldenKey. Tested it on two T14 Gen3 laptops. Thanks for your help!!!Comment

It's interesting to see the shifts.
But your file no longer looks at all like the original.
I don't understand why either, I marked ThinkPad T14 gen3 and ThinkPad T14 Gen 3,
it's not the same!
you had no error.
spelling in plnsrv.ini
I would have needed a dump after initializing the eprom with golden key without number.
full init

Hello all,
I was in the other thread (about shorting to ground as a bypass).
I have a T14s Gen 3 AMD:
Serial: PF4PM76Y
Type: 21CGS0VT54
I'd have to open it up again to get the board revision but it has an npcx977 security chip.
My goal with this post was to understand the requirements for removing the SVP, etc.
It looks like I would need the SVOD4 programmer to write the npcx977.
Do I need anything else? Something to flash the bios? Ribbon Cable for MoBo sold separately?
I will probably purchase the required tools next paycheck.Comment

Hello, I am back. I have the SVOD 4 programmer and software, as well as the ribbon connector breakout and a variety of ribbon connectors. I am trying to flash a T14 Gen 3 AMD as well (NM-E441 Rev 1.0). My serial and product id are provided above. Maxpower3 Which ribbon header do I need to connect to on the motherboard? I do not see a ribbon in my set that works for the two headers closest to the security chip. Thanks in advance!2 PhotosComment

by 2elwHey, I find it very absurd that the SVOD4 costs so much and has zero documentation. I had no other choice than to buy it to unlock ECs, if there was any documentation or firmware avalible I could've made it or something simmilar. Anyways here are some of the most important parts:
STM32H723VGT6 MCU - It's a microcontroller by STMicroelectronics and its the whole brain of the SVOD4. It has flash memory for the firmware which can be updated by the SVOD4 program. Its also powered by the AMS117 which converts 5v into 3.3V. 7€ on AliExpress.

by x16Hi,
I have a problem with a Lenovo L14 gen 2 (intel) with Nuvoton npce68b.
I connected my svod4 with a 32pin cable to the keyboard connector. Ground is also connected and power for the mainboard. I can read the Nuvoton ID, but the dump is always empty. Does anyone have an idea?-

by magicpcHello, is svod 4 able to read emmc? Do I need a special board or is it enough to solder into the pinout and insert the other side of the cables into the programmer? somehow especially set the svod?
