KB930 is written on the IC, not beside it.

now go to page55 and measure voltage on pins 2,5,6,10 of PU303 after turning on.
report if you observe a temporary voltage on PL303 just after turning on.

Ether I've done this wrong or it's very odd

PU303 is very small and unsure if they're the correct pins
              pin 2 - 3.322V
              pin 5 - 155.5mV and keeps riseing/fluctuating
              pin 6 - 3.322V
              pin 10 - 0.1mV

              PL303 - first on 0.8mV
              0.5mV
              0.3mV
              0.1mV
              0.3mV
              0.1mV

no pins are not ordered like this on any IC.

there is voltage on one side of PL303 but the other side has no voltage.
check resistance on pin2 of PL303 relative to GND.

PL303 has no continuity, how do I check resistance?

black probe on pin1 and red probe on pin2 of PL303.
put the multimeter on resistance mode.

I tried again and it gets continuity, resistance juggles from 0.2 to 0.1, tried voltage again and it's 1.497V, I must have done it wrong

so it is fine. then why are voltages different on the two sides of PL303?
now black probe on pin1 and red probe on pin2 of PL303. then after turning on, measure voltage.

resistance juggles from 0.2 to 0.0, voltage is 1.497V on each side, I don't think it was making propper contace before, I gently scraped each side to clean the contacts

so there is a voltage there.
now measure voltage on PL403,PL504,PL604 again.
probably some of them were measured before by mistake.

Please buy and fit a new LCD cable first. Many Dell and Alienware (since it is owned by Dell) models will NOT boot up unless the LCD cable is correctly fitted and the screen is okay. Some models even got a specific beep code for that.

Hi all.i have problem with my alienware 15 r2.basically its keep beeping 4 times at startup-what means there is ram issue.i already tried 10 different ram sticks with different speeds and voltages but nothing helps.tried to flash bios to see if that will help-but no luck.
Ram sockets looks fine as well, cleaned them and carefully inspected

So maybe someone had this problem as well with any of dell laptops and have some ideas what else i can do?

                                            Thanks

                                            Hello.
I am having a disappointing motherboard repair with this laptop and I need your help.
This came in with water damage, doing absolutely nothing, and had almost all standby voltages shorted. I have already replaced all those shorted components:
-UE5 SIO KB9022QD - Programmed spare one, when replaced, 3.3v short got out
                                            -PQ102 MDV1525URH
                                            -U17 AOZ1331
                                            -UE1 C8051F383-GQ
                                            -PU800 SY8032ABC
                                            -UI2 SY6288D20AAC
                                            -PU508 RT6220AHGQUF 7P=
                                            -PU100 TPS51225CRUKR
                                            -PU300 TPS51212DSCR

Now, I get all the standby voltages, it turns...

I have this Alienware 17 laptop with the VAS00 LA-9331P REV 1.0 motherboard that does not turn on anything when power is plugged in and gives the 7 beep sequence, CPU / GPU does not heat up, i tried only with an I5 4200M (the laptop did not come with either the GPU or the CPU, but on the back says that it originally came with the Nvidia 860M and an 4710MQ).

While i do not know if there is any CPU blacklisting system on the motherboard, i tried reflashing the BIOS (at UH14) and the EC (at U2) accordingly but no changes either.
PCH doesn't seem to be shorted but i haven't done...

                                            Hello Sharp TV experts
Our Sharp LC-80LE642U displays one short one long flash error code which is a backlight error. I went into service mode and there were 8 lamp error counts recorded. I reset the count to 0 and did a reset. The last monitor error cause was 16 B00014639:12. 16 is the code for backlight error. I tried to power the tv up but went back into error mode.
