You should post anything about TVs in the TV section instead.
BTW, any pictures of the backside showing all the boards?

      Test black-light of TV .
Show 96 LEDs, maybe one of them gave the trouble.

      Panel Sticker Number: TPT500J1-HVN04 REV:S17TB

PS: Because I try to learn by myself, over there too many opinions will confuse me..and this TV still in troubleshooting stage..

Maybe it's time to stop charging full amount for doing nothing.
When I'm doing something(in my sphere of work) I always tell the customer what exactly I have done and how much is the cost of the parts/materials and how much I want for the effort of getting the job done.
If I did nothing, so I say. And I never charge a customer for nothing. Because the next time he will choose someone else.
My ethics dictate that I am getting paid for getting the job done - never tried to cheat. If we agree about the price - ok. If not - there are other customers.

Don't Touch! How can I fix the TV without touching ? Remember the TV was working what happen if I broke the tabs, and TV no more has pictures, Who gonna pay for?

PS: Why Don't Touch! is because they glue screen on the panel, need extreme carefully to unglued those double sided tape.

It is hard to find intermittent faults

You could go to extreme lengths to capture the fault condition but it's probably not worth it for a cheap TV.

He said "won't turn on" so the problem is on and off , once turn on I think will last pretty long time, so I am at wrong direction.

Before I saw the problem, I dont know which PCB to change , I have no idea at all! more test necessary.

The TV screen wouldn't come on. If I'd unplug it, the next day it would work for the next 24 to 48 hours. After numerous online posts about this model, I opened the back of the tv up to get the EXACT part number for my power board. Super easy fix!

This morning I test TV still working from cold start. I'm giving up because it works, I never saw the problem....How can I.....then I try to use hair dryer to castrate myself, no ..I mean use hair dryer to test for the last attempt testing....If still not work I will.......

YES......When I heated IC9301...... I found the problem is the STR A6069H caused all the problem.........A common bug IC....

                                      There you go

It must have been an environmental problem, maybe the customer has the set in a hot room or by a window in the sunshine.

I don't know if FSFR1700XSL will work though? Looks like a very similar IC to the LCS703LG but I think they have a rather different pinout.

LCS703LG you can get from Mouser.

I still wonder what DCVs are missing when the TV does not work. The STBY PS (using IC9301)? or the switched supplies using the LCS703LG IC?
