• Re: Battery reverse rejuvenation

it is a lead-acid battery why we put Epsom salt (alkaline) inside the battery? Shouldn't we put acid solution inside the battery? After we neutralizing the battery's electrolysis fluid?

I think, I better change it back! ASAP, but if I did not reverse the polarity, the battery won't take the change!

Isn't possible, if you want to charge of a dead battery, first is to reverse the polarity?Re: Battery reverse rejuvenation<br ... the polarity,...

• Battery reverse rejuvenation

I use Epsom salt try to rejuvenate, no water, for Razor E100 electric scooter, 12 volts 4.5AH, totally dead, battery.

I filled it with Epson solution and I tried to charge it up with 247.4 volt DC voltage still nothing happened so I changed the polarity of the battery then it works up to 5A charging current.

My question is can the battery be used as reverse voltage, I mean black terminal is +12v and red terminal is ground?...

I got a similar device and spent a while playing with it.

Mine uses a fixed PWM period of 6400 µs (156.25 Hz), divided into 80 x 80 µs ticks (12.5 kHz PWM clock). The LEDs are wired common anode so the low side can be switched.

The 8 dim levels are 12.5, 25, 37.5, … 100% on, 10, 20, … 80 out
of 80 ticks of on time.

The “DIY” buttons support 28 dimming levels, which are 0, 3, 6, …,...

started a topic pool light

pool light

My pool light went out (Pentair 77163102 AquaLight Halogen Quartz Light with Stainless Steel Face Ring and 30-Feet Cord, 120-Volt, 250-Watt) because wires inside the connector to lamp base are burned and i don't want to pay $200 for a new lamp base with wire cable and $20 for quartz lamp (picture 1,2) so i modified $20, made in China, DC12v 10W, 900LM, IP67 Waterproof, with Remote Control , RGB led light onto it.

but it leaked water so i have to open it........

That's why, Sony uses both CID and PTC on 18650 which will automatically reset itself.

Good idea, I hope you can achieve it quickly.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
PTC ceramic elements: PTC ceramic material is named for its positive thermal coefficient of resistance (i.e., resistance increases upon heating). While most ceramics have a negative coefficient, these materials (often barium titanate and lead titanate composites) have a highly nonlinear thermal response,...

I couldn't sleep last night! so, I (picture 1,2,3) the PTC.

The result is, it was not a new technology. In the past, every household has one of PTC in their CRT TV degaussing circuit. (Picture 4, 5)

I need to apologize on the previous posts, I didn't know what that was, so, I threw the PTC away. I hope that I will not cause misleading errors.

I have a question can we use without an aluminum shell?

If I can get ( picture 5), then I can make and design my own PTC heating elements?...

no, the brown material is Kapton tape, they did not sandwich between with the metal plates, Kapton tape just warped two metal plates together.

2 metal plates ( i tested they are both very low ohms) loosely touched together. why they are not shorted together?

How is it works I don't understand either?

HELP!

Thank you Mr. diif

first things I did in the morning was to test this controversy PTC thermistor. Yes, First it shows 9.8 K ohms but when I squeeze it they change it to 534.6k and then after 10 minutes it changes back to 323.2K ohms

I think it’s very strange that when I am extruding this PTC which will change the resistance. So I opened one ptc to see what was happened and the result is two pieces of metal, they don't even touch each other? I think that's the reason why.

I have a question can...
