Sharp Aquos LC-60LE830U One Long One Short

I have the service manual, in fact more than one but I can't bypass the Lamp Error. The manual is cryptic as fuck and causing me to lose patience.

I'm trying to do a little bit of troubleshooting before breaking in to test the leds. Even if I need to replace leds I think I'll still need to learn the reset so now is as good as ever. Suggestions ?

This has the capacitive buttons, too. Makes it more difficult to know if you're actually "pressing" the button or not.

Does anyone know what the led arrangement and quantity are in this unit ? It has four pairs of wires but i'd like to get an idea of the voltage I can throw at them. Nothing printed on the power supply.

This is where LED tester comes in handy.
May be the LCD panel spec sheet will tell you, what is the model number of the panel? It has four set of strings base on four drivers circuit I can see on the board.
Panel is LK600D3GW30Z??? I cannot locate spec sheet for the panel.

I think the led strips are 4 off E329419 with about 50 leds per strip

I bought one of those led backlight testers so this one's on hold until it arrives.

I got the 46LE830U with only 5V. Tried new mainboard , same situation. I already looked at the leds , visibly they look ok. They are as Dick Barton said , 4 strips.

Do you have any voltages at all on the PS? I only got 5V on the secondary side on the connector going to the mainboard and 340V / 13V on the primary side. I have no voltages on the driver circuit at all , can be a defective ic on the mainboard?

I get no voltages either but that's to be expected i think as the unit is stuck in the one short, one long mode.

Bought this... and verified all four strips light up.

Going to force-on the supply to see if the driver circuit is functioning.

Saves time and effort in having to open up the panel to check the leds.
