    Sharp 70 - Delta DPS-222BP - 2 Long 3 Short

    Hi...

Very handy and tech newbie here trying to learn to fix my TV that died after a lighting strike

    SHARP LC-70LE732U
    Delta DPS-222BP

Icon Flash 2 Long 3 Short
    Power PWB Failure
    Power supply error 2 (*2) D+3.3V error

    D_POW
Digital 3.3V failure Flashes fast 3 times

    DET_D3V3 (33pin) failure (L). Digital 3.3V is not applied.
If error is detected during start-up or operation, the power is turned on again by polling.

Above is what manual states not what I confirmed, but would lie to but not sure how/where.

I've been reading on here and watching YT videos off and on for months trying to learn what I can.

Anyway I replaced the commonly recommend D7915 2x times now.
Error Reset TV and still getting error.

I am not sure where to go next to try to determine what seems to be causing it. I'd like to test the power and related components at certain points as the error specifically states what it is but I am not 100% where/how for this specifically.

Caps "appear ok" no bulge or leaking, etc. I'd test what I can be seems may have to remove them to do so. So I am trying to narrow down as much as possible.

Was hoping someone might have some suggestions on what to do/test next for this error:
Icon Flash 2 Long 3 Short
    Power PWB Failure
    Power supply error 2 (*2) D+3.3V error

Short of that anyone is NJ/Philly/DE area that can diagnose and repair this.

    Thank you all in advance!
    Geo

    Happy Labor Day!

I ordered an DER DE-5000 ESR LCR meter so I can test the caps in circuit.

But beyond that I am not sure how to go about to test the power voltages and at what point to narrow down the issue.

Problem is I read and saw on YT that have to create a power switch and/or create a jumper and do all these songs and dances to get it fully powered up in order to test certain places.
