I'm just trying to understand the general circuit layout. All components are connected by the light green traces. There is an art to reverse engineering circuits. Budm (another member) is really good at it.

Straight shot and also close up in 8 sections so I can clearly see the traces and the components and be able to stitch up all 8 pictures to form one big pictures.

As a rough guide... if you yourself cannot see the small circuit traces on the picture, then neither can we, and it will not be possible to figure out how the circuit works.

Replaced all the caps last night. Then plugged TV in this morning and worked fine. Turned it of and then wouldn't turn back on. Just have green light.
Leave it unplugged for ten mins the turns bk on. And again not bk on.

can you check on the connectors the voltages when the sets in the working on condition and when the set is in the fault off condition please can you post the voltages and by the side of the connectors its usually printed what each pin voltages etc are.

first v reading is when the screens on, 2nd is when it wont turn bk on

inv ctrl = 4.5v 0v: 0V = no backlights on command from the main board.
3.4 on = 3.4 1.3v (not sure what this one is. Is that what is labeled on the pin '3.4V ON'?)

So the 6.5V, 3.4V, and the 12V are not there when it does not work?

Yes that's correct. 3.4v on. Is what's marked next to it.
And the 6.5v 3.4v and 12v don't work when TV won't turn on.
Hope this means something to u. Cos I not got a clue.

OK, I looked at the diagram of the power connectors on the main board, it looks like the main board is the problem due to the missing output signals going to the power supply board.
