Im new so if Im not suppose to reply forgive me but I have a Magnovox 46 inch 14 months old doing the exact thing. I bought it for $50 to repair from a friend. I can plug it into outlet in the morning and turn it on with remote or switch on tv but if i turn it off after even 5 mins with remote or switch it will not turn back on . The stand by light stays on but does not flash or anything but i can unplug it for 30 mins and start it back up again but its the same process. It will play for as long as you leave it on but once you cut it off it will not turn on until its been unplugged at least 30 mins. Thank you for posting maybe we can both find the problem.

First of all you'd need to find out if it is the power supply or the mainboard that is at fault.
Monitor the ps-on signal form the mainboard and see if the mainboard is trying to turn on the power supply.

Monitor Audio RSW12 - Green light, but no sound
                      by MOSSEP
                      Hi

Im hoping someone might be able to give me some idea of what may be wrong with my Monitor Audio RSW12 Sub.

Ive owned it since new in around 2002, so would really like to keep it running if I can, it was the first β€˜decent' bit of audio equipment I ever purchased and is a little sentimental.

The issue I had was that it would power up with the red light, but sometimes the green light would not come on and I would get no bass from it. If the green light did come on though, I would get sound out of it.

I have already tried replacing all of the...

820-2610-A Sys onewire help, no green light. Please help from the gurus
                      by lcdcaps1
                      Hi

I have an 820-2610-A motherboard that has no green light.
I have noticed is when I do a SMC reset the light on the Magsafe blinks.
From My understanding, the sys onewire circuit is responsible for the green light on the magsafe
The sys onewire circuit on this model and others is more involved
I was hoping if anyone knows about this and how it works, can reply and let me know
I know this is an old model but I am sure there are people who still works on these or knows about them

I get 1.1v on the C7771 capacitor and will replace...

HP Elitebook 845 G8 dead, only caps lock flashing 7 times. Charging light always on
                      by esqmooo
                      Hello everyone.

This is my development machine. I've been using it since two years and half without any problem except sometimes it wouldn't wake up from sleep.
Lately the issue became more frequent and powering it up would take few seconds to show the POST screen.
Then the computer refuses to power on at all. Now only the caps lock button flashes 7 times then stops. The charging light is always on whenever a power source is connected (battery or charger).
I tried long pressing on the power button, after several seconds it would go off then when the button is released...

                      Hello Community!

                      CASE DETAILS

Promblem Signs: Backlight on 1 sec off 7sec > repeat && Red standby light: 1blink, off 3 sec, 2 blinks, off 5 secs, 2 blinks, off 3 sec, restart cycle

13V present on powerboard output. Backlight continues flashing after removing cables to pannel one at a time and even with both disconnected. NOTE: backlight STOPs flashing and remains on when connector between powerboard and mainboard (note Tcon built in) is disconnected.

Tried inserting firmware on USB and left it in for a few hours, but no change
