I added the jumper and tried each LVDS cable one at a time and then without any of them connected. The outcome was the same in each test: no change. Same sequence of backlight/standby light blinks.

Is it perhaps time to consider flashing something? If so, I unsure what as I see x2 Winbond ICs (one close to the GPU/CPU and the other next to the power connector) and an eMMC IC.

I added a photo of what I jumper--pretty sure I got it correct as you photo was very clear/helpful Lotas.

disconnect the panel LVDS from Mainboards and test these in diode mode as Diode 1 & 2 maybe they are the same on one boards... i cant tell however test any you have such parts

Did some diode, resistance and continuity checks on the panel smd, nothing usual found...

usual found or unusual found LOL

if you did all correct... we need fo back to PSU.... put all sockets LVDS in place... and power on.... test all pins on the socket of the PSU which it go to MB... tell the V. if it fluster and how much... dont forget to write pin NO and the name of it as in print chart of the boards

i know you write at first post you have V- but you didn't wrote what about T-CON_ON signal.... power_on_ and BL_on... any one of these are not stable we will know if DC to DC on MB the issue or other parts caused this cut off.... this why i asked above check.

+1000, this is one of the first tests that should be done so you and any potential helper/s can get an idea of what is going on.

All voltages and ground lines present on the power board consistent with the legend

                                FIXED! Mainboard Replacement
Thank you for the journey and support for all of you who commented
A a component level, I wonder if maybe an Emmc change/reprogram would have worked but did not want to risk messing with the working board and I was unable to procure a dump for the model, perhaps next time!
