Those little metal tips

What do you call those metal tips that are attached to the ends of wires (crimped to the insulation) that get soldered into circuit boards?

Maybe they are some sort of connecting pins for connecting wires to the circuitboard without wiring them.

The only thing I think of is a spade connector, but those aren't supposed to be soldered to a pcb.

The tips are at the ends of the red, yellow, and black wires:



Some of them are made to hold 3-4 wires together.
