Dear budm,
i had checked with ohm & diode mode, i put black probe on middle leg & red probe on left or right leg & below are results,
with ohm: 173.5 reading
with diode: 0.237 V reading
any advise will be highly appreciated,

173.5 Ohms reading in both directions? If that is the case then you need to remove it and re-test it off the board.
Is it in Ohm, K Ohms, or M Ohms?

@budm bro not sure what is that means both directions, i can check if you tell me how to check.both direction, BTW ohms set on 200 Range and do you mean i need to remove board from tv than check or i need to remove D6801 diode and than test with multi meter,

I am confused by the 0 ohm reading, can you double check?
I only expect the single "1" in diode and single "1" in ohm (which indicates that the diode is not conducting in reverse, which is good.)

Dear budm, with CN6401 which pin# i need to check since i already check CN6401 all pins each by each with tv turn on,
Like i did with each by each pin to leave the meter connected to that pin and then turn the TV on & results below
CN6401: on PSU
Pin 1 = 3.5 V after turn on tv it goes 0.00 V
Pin 2 to 5 = 0.00 V
Pin 6 to 8 = 12.7 V after turn on tv it goes 0.00 V
Pin 9 to 14 = 0.00 V
do i need to check some other way? your advise will be highly appreciated,

It looks like you count the pins wrong, it has Even and Odd column. We need to know the DCV of BL-ON pin (no BL-ON = no Boosted Voltage, BL-ON is one of the required signals/Voltage for the booster to work) which you cannot get to it from the top, you have to use skinny probe on the back side of the connector (all connectors must be in place) or from the bottom side of the board, see pin out picture attached.

If probing is a problem you can probably unscrew the board, put a piece of cardboard to isolate it from the chassis (a short may blow a fuse or damage the board, so make sure it is definitely isolated), and flip it over. Then you can very carefully probe the other side, including BL ON. Be very careful as the high voltage is exposed on the board more easily this way. Do not touch anything on the high voltage side as you could get an electric shock.

Below are results,
CN6401 BL_ERROR pin 3= 1.6V after tv turn on it goes 0.00v very fast within one or two seconds,
BL-ON pin 5= 0.00v after tv turn on it goes 3.29V for one to two seconds and again goes to 0.00v

So bl-on was present for seconds and you do see the 90V at the output of the LED connector and then the BL-ON drops down so the 90V drops down also, the drops down is probably due to protection kicks in due to the backlights did not come on.
At this point it looks like the power supply/LED needs to be replace, or you will have to go deeper into troubleshooting the backlights driver circuit, it may be the LED driver IC that is bad.
May be look up the IC6801 spec sheet and we can start checking the Voltages on the pins.

No, we need to find the specification sheet of that SMD LED driver IC.
But if you want to check the LED you can use LED tester to test the LEDs without opening up the LCD panel. At this point I do not believe the LED's are bad.

@dskall i already read post 72 & 74 but issue is i don't know how to check backlights driver circuit, or LED driver IC, or where to find IC6801 spec sheet to checking the Voltages on the pins, so i need support & i am waiting for budm & tom further instruction hope i'll get some help,

IC6801 is the SMD IC on the bottom side of the board, you will need to get the P/N as printed on the top of the IC first then you will search the WEB for the specification sheet for that IC.
