haha yea that's funny, it took two months since shipper send it via economy shipping and not sure why it keep stuck in China custom for more than one month,
parts cost below,
IC: USD $10/1 (Original Japan) , zener & cap USD $2/10, Shipping USD $3 , Total: USD $15,

Glad to hear the TV is fixed. How much did the parts cost you?
2 months to get part from China? China is right next door.
BTW, make sure to turn down the Backlights level to as low as possible to make the LED backlights last otherwise they will fail.

Dear budm,
yesterday i got IC, zener & cap which i ordered two months before on web lol, anyways after soldering my TV back in life again & every thing working fine now,
I thanks you for your all help & efforts, since without your help it was impossible to find where actually it had issue in my TV, you are my real hero, Thanks again,

To get the replacement you need to get the correct physical size that is why you need to know the dimensions of the parts, it may be 0402, etc.

yea zener & cap both been destroyed while removing, can't we just use similar size as per board zener & cap places? i means similar size on board have other places zeners & caps,
check below pic where zener & cap looks same size almost,

Did the old Zener get destroyed when you removed them?
I cannot tel from the pictures as to what size they are, you need to get the caliper to measure the width and the length.

The cap and Zener are OK, the Zener is probably 15V Zener, and the cap is 0.1uf 50V.
So try to locate the the IC and go from there.

Hi budm, yesterday i went to buy cap & zener & IC around city electric street but unfortunately not found similar type & shape Zener & Cap which you recommend to me, can you advise any link around web where i can find 15V Zener, and the cap 0.1uf 50V which should work on my board, below link you can advise which one is perfect for this board

Yes, after plugin tv on power, smoke come out from resistor, so now we need to replace IC right, and that cap and zener as well right,

"Red probe on 23 pin & Black probe on 24 pin results 147.8" I do not expect it to show such low resistance but go ahead and power up the TV anyway, worst case will just damage the resistor. At this point I think you need new IC.

As instructed i checked with removed yellow mark cap in picture & following are results,
Meter set on 200 ohms rang
Black probe on 23 pin & Red probe on 24 pin results 1
Red probe on 23 pin & Black probe on 24 pin results 147.8
Black or Red probe on 24 pin & Black or Red probe on resistor which i just solder, up side leg near to IC & results 0.8,
Black or Red probe on 24 pin & Black or Red probe on resistor down side leg results 4.3,
Black probe on 23 pin & Red probe on resistor up side leg results 1,
Red probe on 23 pin & black probe on resistor up side leg results 147.9,
Black probe on 23 pin & red probe on resistor down side leg results 1,
Red probe on 23 pin & black probe on resistor down side leg results 144.2,
so IC is not bad right? i can go ahead & check board with power on tv right?

It should be in hundreds if not thousands of Ohms. Something is definitely bad to cause the 4.7 Ohms resistor to go bad due to over current flowing through the resistor.
So what resistance do you get between pin 24 and 23 with the cap removed?

how much resistance between the pin 24 and pin 23 show than it means IC is good, and i probably need to replace cap also which i'll remove right? yello mark in picture, that cap is how much V? ohms should be how much on that yellow mark cap when i buy or reply new one?

If the resistance between the pin 24 and pin 23 no longer show very low Ohm like you had before then it will be safe to turn on the TV to do the quick test. The Zener is probably 15V Zener for clamping the Voltage to safe level in case the 12V goes bad an put out way above 12V.

That is correct, I hope it is bad cap and not the IC. The IC is cheap and I hope you will have the tool to remove and install and new IC if it is bad.

Since the capacitor is also connected between pin 24 and pin 23, so to be sure it is not the cap problem then you must remove the cap and then measure between pin 24 and pin 23 again after the cap is removed. All I care right now is the resistance between pin 24 and pin 23.
