Just to be clear the little black things by the capacitors are the mosfets? Also do I need to remove them to test them?

Pin 1-2 1.9
Pin 1-3 1.9
Pin 2-3 0.7

It is the same across all of them I tested the ones on slave 2 and nothing happened on the multimeter.

Mosfet have a Q number. 3 legs and a tab. The middle leg is electrical the same. The tab and under side are difficult to remove because it is also the heat sink. They are in parallel so if one is shorted all will show bad. Damaged mosfet is not always obvious

Are those readings in Ohms, K Ohms, M Ohms?

I had the meter set at 200ohms. I went ahead and ordered a new board. I will post back and let you know if it works. Thanks guys.

Just wanted to let everyone know that I got the board today and it solved my problem. Thanks to everyone that helped in finding a solution.

Thank you! You guy/gals in this forum have fixed another TV! I had two bad FETs on my slave 2 board. I pulled them off and the TV powered up as normal. Now I just have to find a way to order the replacement parts.. thanks to you all!
