GREAT!!! couple of possibilities Plug or Connector or Cable
Take apart and check closely with a magnifying glass. Are pins on the board
loose/bent can they be soldered/straightened.
The hollow pins on the plug can sometimes be extracted then you can resolder to the wire.
If there is a break in the wire is it going to be long enough if you shorten it
or else you will have to join some more wire on to it, solder on the hollow pins and refit into the plug
