Just to be frank with you, I don't think there is anything to be done with this set. Transformers don't like getting wet and short of having some sort of vacuum, you'll never get the moisture out. I used to work at an electronics assembly company that would wash the flux off of the boards after assembled, bake the boards in the oven, and then put them in a vacuum - since water boils in a vacuum. Cat pee is nasty and probably very conductive - it doesn't even taste good. JK
