i have an ipad pro 9.7" (1st gen) A1674 where i replaced the screen, but never attached the screen to the frame/chassis (glued down) due to the ipad being previously dropped so the new screen would never fit in the frame properly. so i need flex/bend the chassis to eventually fix the new screen in properly. so i temporarily just applied blue tape around the edges of the screen to keep it in place. when watching videos with the ipad the screen started flicker, so i though maybe the new quasi cheap amz screen i purchased was going out. so i disconnected then reconnected with power still on,...

hello i have a dell z600 logic board that'd like to source smd parts from but without having the schematic / brd view files it's difficult to know which smd parts are what especially the little smd caps and resistors.

the logic board has the marking of 6050A2231501-MB-A04-00

okay so working with the board that does not illuminate the LED on the charger. i have removed the EC ie. u3601. i have the replacement ite chip i just haven't soldered back on the board yet. as i'm still troubleshooting the no LED on the charger.

all that said, looking at the board view file it appears u3601 attaches to r3642 and with the power disconnected and my meter in ohms (resistance mode) i got ~= 84K ohms of resistance from r3642 going to the gnd on the board.

put my meter in resistance mode and see if i have a high resistance on the +3V_EC ?...

hello, �� i have been sitting on some microsoft surface pro 4 tablets for a while now. i was originally tasked with replacing the battery in one of the tablets, and ended breaking the screen and logic board in the process. decided to buy another tablet with the same specs. got that screen off successfully of the second tablet. the logic board appeared good, but i guess i shorted something out in the installation process of the logic which i've read is a common issue if there is no barrier between the logic board and battery pins. all that said, i ate costs of the repair and have...

recently i was gifted a dell inspiron 5567 for wiping the data on the hard drive. (yay me). however i already have a computer that i use, so i have no need for this computer. this computer wasn't without its problems though.

1. i had to purchase an adapter to retrofit my older style dell laptop battery cable. (not too expensive) ~= 10 bucks for a 2 pack via amz.

2. after that i had to find a spare cr2032 (easily found in my parts bin) and assemble a makeshift cmos battery thanks to some copper foil tape and some heat shrink tubing.

got the computer...

i have an hp laptop with a da0u99mb6c0 rev c board and found the schematic for the board / laptop. however, i'm unable to find a boardview related file for troubleshooting the fault of this computer.
